LONG wait times. LONG. Regularly takes 3 hours for a donation. 45 minutes of actually being in the chair. The rest is waiting for the two intake personnel to get through the long line of people...

Requires an appointment now and you also have to stand in line for over an hour. They added appointments to push more people through the system- while making wait times worst for those people.

This location seems very understaffed. Therefore waiting times are very long, 2 hrs at least. And there is nowhere to sit except the floor-- yuk. The staff are very young, and less than 1 yr...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! They are discriminating against people with tattoos saying they are too close to the needle insertion site. Basically they are not skilled enough to get a vein on one arm so...
