Dr. Evan Hare is an internal medicine physician in Salt Lake City. He is originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and attended Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, for his undergraduate studies and University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee, for medical school. Following medical school, he and his wife moved to Salt Lake City for his internal medicine residency training at the University of Utah, and they decided to stay in Salt Lake once he had completed his training. Kyle Register, M.D. is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Rheumatology, Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Utah. He is a general clinical rheumatologist who sees patients with all forms of rheumatic disease. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of Georgia, Athens, GA and his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine, Omaha, NE. He completed his internal medicine residency and chief residency at Creighton University Medical Center, Omaha, NE and a rheumatology fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, NE. Dr. Register joined the University of Utah School of Medicine in 2017.

Dr. Michael Incze is a primary care physician in the Division of General Internal Medicine who is board certified in internal medicine and addiction medicine. His clinical interests include patient education, high value care, and caring for vulnerable populations including people experiencing homelessness and people with substance use disorders. He also founded a clinic that focuses on providing primary care-based addiction treatment at Sugar House Health Center.
