Quoted $295 by phone. Charged $386 in person when I went to pick it up an hour later. The only excuse is that fees are state regulated. Unbelievable.

They have no idea what they're doing very unprofessional. They damaged my truck without remorse or reimbursement staff can't even speak English not sure how they stay in business

Fuck this company and industry. Towed me from my friends space in front of their house. Love having my car taken two cities over and then paying $200 to get it back for no reason.
