The chai tea tastes like coffee. We don't like coffee. Maybe clean the cups or frother after each use. It would have been good without the coffee taste.

The service was amazing as it was our first time trying Beans & Brews. The staff was very helpful with helping us decide on a bev. I would absolutely go again whenever we have the chance.
