The staff is so friendly. They were very helpful. I'm having a hard time figuring out what is causing my engine to freak out and they took their time checking it and walking me through suggestions.

I have been very disappointed in the service here. I have been in several times, but each time I go in there is never a "hi" or a welcome of any kind. I have wandered around for 10-15 minutes...

We had a cap come off of our battery. Thats not good. The Auto Zone in orem wouldn't help us out. My wife was in Payson and they were awesome. They gave her a new battery and installed it for her....
