I went to the store to upgrade my device and sign up for first net. The manager added an additional line to my account stating it was emergency was to happen. That line would be able to be used....

If I could give 0 stars I would. Manager is a rude. Probably the worst store manager I've ever encountered in all my years of service industry. Walked away mid conversation to "check on something"...
