Went to see them to have a custom piece made, the wife and I visited the store 3 times. I was prepared to drop 5 to 6 k with them. They have blown us off 3 times now, I refuse to go back.

Everyone there was super nice and very helpful. They also did not act like "pushy salesman" like other jewelry places. The prices were awesome compared to others and the quality was unmatched!...

Panna and her team are incredible. We wanted some custom rings and the end result was exactly what we wanted. We will be back for our wedding bands. I highly recommend them for your jewelry...

So unprofessional. It's disgusting how they treat customers that have simple questions like it's my fault I didn't study years and years to know.
