Arbor Manor is a small event center that transforms you from West Valley City to a lovely space for your event. It may not be the largest venue, but it's quaint and has a nice garden and patio...

Went here for a wedding reception, it is a very nice place for parties and events. I would add more bar tables so people have a place to put their drinks at but not necessarily sit down.
