It serves courts, attorneys, administrators and trust officers to provide documentation and appear as a witness in court cases. It produces family charts, documentation and affidavits and provides copies of the evidence to clients. The research center at Salt Lake City houses a private library, which contains more than 75,000 volumes of city directories, reference books and a collection of electronic databases. It is licensed by the state of California. The company is a member of various organizations, including the American Association of State and Local History, National Genealogical Society, International Probate Research Association, Chamber of Commerce and Federation of Genealogical Societies. It has offices in Los Angeles and New York.
