Alyssa M. Kreutzjans

Gwendolyn Cook is a 2nd year Pediatrics Resident. Dr. Cook cares for children in the newborn through adolescent periods at the South Main Clinic. She completed her medical degree at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College. She plans to work as a general pediatrician after residency, hopefully in the Salt Lake City area. She cares for children of all ages and has a particular interest in preventative care, development, adolescent health, and caring for underserved populations.

Dr. Valora Tapia received his medical degree from University of Michigan Medical School and completed his Pediatric residency at the University of Utah’s Primary Children’s Hospital. He is currently a clinical Instructor of Pediatrics in the Rapid Treatment unit within the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine. His specific clinical interests include asthma, eczema, as well as acute minor and major allergic reactions. He is also interested in the graduate medical education of residents and medical students. Kristen Durbin, MD, Assistant Professor (Clinical), earned her medical degree at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University in 2019. She completed Triple Board residency (pediatrics, adult psychiatry, child & adolescent psychiatry) training at the University of Utah Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine in 2024. Dr. Durbin currently holds clinical faculty appointments in the departments of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at the University of Utah, where she works as an outpatient psychiatrist at the Huntsman Mental Health Institute's Neurobehavior HOME program and as a consulting psychiatrist within the South Main Clinic pediatrics mental health integration program. She is board certified in General Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and in General Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is board eligible in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Durbin is a certified bilingual physician and provides clinical care in English and Spanish.
