For over 15 years, the owners of Aloha Wellness Studio and Aloha Behavioral Consultants, Shawn & Yvette Palau, have successfully provided the Northern Odgen community with high quality Mental Health and Wellness services. Yvette & Shawn truly believe in a holistic approach to healing the mind, body, and spirit. Aloha Wellness opened in 2018, a year before Aloha Behavioral's 15 year anniversary!

Specialties

Aloha Wellness Studio provides the highest quality Wellness services from experienced, licensed, and caring staff. Our yoga and meditation classes are for every BODY! The poses may be done from a mat or a chair. Our massage therapist is incredibly talented at deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massage. We also offer Chakra healing and essential oils.

SpecialtiesI specialize in connecting with clients through healing. Taking special care of each client's needs with a deep emphatic understanding of trauma and blockage. An emotional release can happen when trauma leaves the body. I like to create a safe space for these to occur. Energy/Bodywork can cause our bodies to release build-up of tension or [energy] and with that release, often comes a wave of unexpected emotion. An emotional release can cause a great amount of growth within your healing journey. With each release comes new energy. Having a safe space to make these types of leaps in healing is very important.
