Brian K. Foster, MD is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon, specializing in hand & upper extremity surgery. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Geisinger Medical Center and a hand and upper extremity fellowship at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Breanne Schiffer, MD, MPH, is an Assistant Professor of Laryngology within the Division of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Utah. Dr. Schiffer completed her fellowship training in Laryngology under the guidance of Dr. Marshall Smith at the University of Utah. She also completed her residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Utah. She believes in a multi-disciplinary team-based approach to the management of patients with voice, swallow, and airway concerns and has a particular interest in the medical and surgical treatment of voice disorders. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, and received a Master in Public Health from the University of Texas School of Public Health. She completed medical school at the Long School of Medicine – University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX, where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Schiffer's clinical interests in Laryngology include vocal fold paralysis, vocal fold nodules, polyps, and cysts, laryngeal reinnervation, in-office vocal fold augmentation, vocal fold laser treatments, laryngeal microsurgery, zenker's diverticulum repair, cricopharyngeal myotomy, botox treatment for voice disorders, and endoscopic treatment of airway stenosis.

Lara Haynes, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), is a provider with the Traumatic Brain Injury team at the University of Utah in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Haynes graduated with honors from the University of Utah with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice in May, 2017. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She also earned a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Utah.
