Alexander W. Pastuszak, MD, PhD, is a board-certified urologist and internationally recognized leader in men’s health, specializing in male infertility, erectile dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and Peyronie’s disease. He currently serves as Associate Professor of Surgery, Urology, and Chief of the Section for Surgical Innovation at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Pastuszak’s clinical expertise includes the diagnosis and treatment of: Male infertility Erectile dysfunction (ED) Low testosterone (hypogonadism) Peyronie’s disease Sexual dysfunction in men and women Male reproductive medicine and surgery A nationally sought-after clinician, Dr. Pastuszak combines advanced surgical and medical therapies with a personalized, evidence-based approach to treating men’s health concerns. Research and Innovation in Men’s Health Dr. Pastuszak leads a robust research program focused on the genetics of male infertility, the biological mechanisms of erectile dysfunction, and the pathophysiology of Peyronie’s disease. He is widely published, with over 140 peer-reviewed articles, numerous book chapters, and two edited textbooks on reproductive and sexual health. He has received multiple national honors, including ongoing NIH funding and the Urology Care Foundation Rising Stars in Urology award. Dr. Pastuszak is also an active educator and international speaker in the field of men’s health and urology. Leadership in Healthcare Innovation In addition to his academic and clinical roles, Dr. Pastuszak is a seasoned leader in healthcare innovation and biotechnology. He is the co-founder and CEO of Paterna Biosciences, a pioneering biotech company developing in vitro spermatogenesis technologies to treat male and couple infertility. Previously, he served as President of Clinical Care and Chief Medical & Scientific Officer of Vault Health, where he led a national clinical practice and oversaw diagnostics, clinical research, and development. Dr. Pastuszak has helped launch and advise numerous healthcare and biotech ventures as an executive, investor, board member, and advisor, with a mission to advance solutions in reproductive medicine and personalized health. Education and Training Dr. Pastuszak earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University, followed by a dual MD and PhD at the University of California, San Francisco, where he studied molecular biology and regenerative medicine. He then completed his residency in Urology at Baylor College of Medicine, one of the top programs for training in urologic surgery. Following residency, he pursued a specialized fellowship in Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery, as well as at Baylor College of Medicine, where he trained under global leaders in the field, including Drs. Larry I. Lipshultz and Dolores J. Lamb. Dr. Pastuszak continues to serve as a key opinion leader in urology, regularly engaging with national media, publishing articles for the public, and promoting greater awareness of male sexual and reproductive health.

Dr. Gee is Board Certified in Primary Care Sports Medicine and Emergency Medicine who focuses on the treatment of non-operative musculoskeletal conditions at the University Hospital, South Jordan Health Center, and the University Orthopedic Center. He has served as the Chief Medical Officer for the Nitro Circus World Games and Dew Tour Summer and Winter competitions. Dr Gee enjoys working with active people who are trying to improve their health. He enjoys being outdoors running, cycling, camping, skiing and playing with his family.
