Professional Counseling Associates is a private counseling practice. We are dedicated professionals, providing counseling services for individuals, couples, and families of all ages. The diverse backgrounds of our staff enable us to offer comprehensive, confidential counseling services in a vast variety of areas. We are reimbursed by most health insurance companies. We do accept Master Card, VISA, and Discover Credit Cards. The counselors at Professional Counseling Associates are not available after business hours for emergencies. Please call your local hospital or St. Mary's Healthcare at 605-224-3100 for after-hours emergencies if you need immediate assistance.

Established in 1968, Capital Area Counseling Service is a provider of behavioral, addiction and mental health programs/services for the families and individuals in central South Dakota.
