In June of 2014 Yoli & Mario stepped out in faith to pursue a passion and own their own busines Things fell into place, and the great food has been the testament of their longevity. In April of 2015 the relocated downtown Bastrop.

It's a Texas Infusion food trailer. We start with Homemade Flour Tortillas, breakfast tacos all day, and lunch tacos. Delicious food is made with passion by Yoli and you can taste it. The most flavorful and tender brisket you have ever tasted. Another top seller is the Carne Guisada that is made with Love from Yoli. We also cater to you events all this Awesome food. We deliver and take debit/ credit cards for your convenience.
