In the Spring of 2007, WVO Management was established as Houston's first green restaurant used-fry-oil/ grease buyer/recycler. WVO Management LLC is a restaurant used-fry-oil / grease buyer/recycler servicing markets from Houston/Galveston to Lufkin/Nacogdoches, Texas. Our ultimate goal is for 100% of our usable oils to be processed locally for the highest environmental re-purposing. We strive for our restaurant grease-byproducts to be re-purposed as close to their sources as possible.
