The Manager Eric was amazing. Made sure everything was taking care especially the week to week I was one of the flood victims of July 5th 2025 and Eric and his staff took care of us .

Extra stars for having two Peloton bikes in the gym. Otherwise it's an ok place to spend the night. Room was clean.

from the start of booking the front desk was rude not polite on the phone. i found crickets all over the floor. the cleaning people don't come and clean. you have to pay for towels and toilet...

I made a reservation 2 weeks ahead of time. After driving in long-distance from out of town, upon arrival, they confirmed I do have a reservation, but they do not have a room available for me.
