been here almost 45 minutes or better when I stood in line there were only two tellers both only helping one each time a customer walked up then just before I get helped the second teller leaves...

Its 10:50 am on October 14th just left extremely disappointed and am in the parking lot writing this review. This bank is in Wal mart so I wanted to cash a check and get change abd break my $100....

Asked this bank in Walmart to break a $20 bill for me and was told they could only do that for "customers ". I was asking them to cash a check, I was exchanging $20 for $20. I would never bank here.

Stood in line for 45 minutes just to make a deposit!! Do better and hire more people !! Absolutely unacceptable!!! Going to Bank Of America done!!!
