When Kevin and Matt began investing they had a very tough time finding a property management company which delivered a high quality, professional project. Numerous managers were very inattentive and unprofessional. After these experiences we decided to do it ourselves. We believe that because we are investors ourselves we can add a lot of value to other investors. Our main goal is to provide the maximum return to the investor.
