I've held a deep interest in holistic health, yoga and mindfulness throgh personal research, education and various personal development events for over 6 years. Throughout my professional career in HR Technology I completed both a Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as well as a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher training. I led workshops, group challenges and classes on topics ranging from stress management to mindfulness in the workplace throughout my career. In 2020, I decided to pursue my business full-time and now offer a variety of programs and workshops to both individuals and companies. I'm excited to share my journey with you, see how I can help you set effective health goals, and create a plan to meet them! Specialties
My primary area of focus is managing stress effectively for busy professionals through good nutrition and supplementation, establishing a mindfulness practice through my 1:1 guided meditation offerings, and yoga for beginners and desk-bound professionals.
