RUN FAR AWAY!!!! roaches ,roaches and more roaches...rats...plumbing issues...trash everywhere broken applicances and rude management that refuses to do anything...made numerous maintenance...

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Rat infestation is unmanageable by the property...current and previous, and previous management before them could never get the issues resolved. I've seen rats crawling into...

My photos say it all! This is what you'll see at The Winsted. Rats, trash, dog poop EVERYWHERE. Not allowed to safeguard our patios from the rats, so they can poop on your patio, in your garage....

Been living here for 4 years. They raise your rent and fees yearly. I am taking around 50 to 60 dollars yearly!!! No joke. No including fees which they tack on for just about any reason. Currently...
