Not sure when Wingstop changed their fries. The new fries are terrible. I use to go to Wingstop for their fries as much as for the wings. But not anymore.

Exact same experience as Todd W. Customer service? Absent. Literally absent. My wings were left on the rack behind the unmanned counter while no less than four staff looked in from the kitchen...

45 minute delay on my pick up order. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. Staff up for Super Bowl. This is pretty basic.
