Impossible to get phone answered by staff. Can only leave messages, that are not returned. Been waiting over a week for medication refill. Time to move on.

Good doc but rules are ridiculous. If you miss an appt. You pay 50. They say i missed twice. So now even though im disabled i have to pay that 100 before my appointment. Payment arrangements...

The staff is extremely rude and do not want to help you out at all. The doctor is a devout Christian and tries to push his beliefs on you. He doesn't really care about your pain or try to help....

Dr . Velasquez is very nice his staff however is not well at all , they are rude and when having problems with medications they are hard to get ahold of . When I told the doctor about the problems...
