Wilson Valley Mercantile is Bell County's first and only legal distillery, offering visitors a taste of locally crafted spirits in their charming tasting room. With roots dating back to the settlement of the area in the late 1800s, this family-owned operation takes pride in their farm-to-glass approach, growing the grain used in their distillation process.
