Not a bad setting and the apartments are very nice! Rarely see roaches. Lawn is very well maintained. Pool is great and always clean and neat. People do let their kids run amok in the hot tub....

Health concerns in the apartments that are not resolved for months and management team hides behind "we have to wait for corporate". Really terrible management of situations that should be managed...
