Located in the rapidly developing watershed of the Wilbarger Creek, which encompasses 116,146 acres and includes the thriving communities of Elgin, Manor, and Pflugerville, WCCA plays a crucial role in safeguarding the native plants, grasses, and wildlife, as well as the natural springs, creeks, and tributaries that ultimately feed into the Colorado River.
