Wiatreks met me with a smile as I brought in a 20 lb brisket to get ground. The staff were helpful, and the brisket was done and ground in 10 minutes for 10 bucks! Fantastic operation.

The service is outstanding!! The prices are competitive and an excellent selection of meats and cuts. The prime plate ribs are less expensive than the grocery stores.
