HistoryThe Ark began in 1996 within Abundant Life UMC. A wonderful woman named Mandy had the vision and passion to create the first preschool within the church. In 2005, the Ark moved with the church, now known as Gateway Community Church, to our new location on Clear Lake City Blvd. The Ark Children's Center continues to serve the children and families of the Clear Lake and surrounding communities to this day!SpecialtiesThe Ark Children's Center has been educating children in a nurturing, Christian environment since 1996. Here, we strive to grow the
