I realize they have a lot of negative reviews , but I'm still having solid service thru the drive-thru and accurate orders. My experiences are now only during the day, so I am experiencing wait...

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through with 1 other car. There wasn't a single customer inside the restaurant but there were 6-7 employees talking... I can't imagine the wait time with 4-5 cars...

They gave me NO honey butter at all when I ordered extra honey butter on a honey butter chicken biscuit. They gave me a SPOON when I ordered sauced chicken nuggets (whatawings). Now, logically...

Just your regular old Whataburger that takes a while to get your food out but late night when you're looking for something to eat it taste just fine.

Now I know why this place has such horrible reviews. The girl (Hispanic with glasses) at the drive through, had the personality of a dead cat, and that's an insult to the cat. Didn't say hello or...
