I know the food is great, but the service and the wait time is sooooooo ridiculous. I have been on the line for more than 43 minutes and still going ........43 minutes.......

Food is ok, as any other whataburger. It is dirty, a cockroach was flying inside the restaurant and landed in my friend's hands. Never went back.

It's upsetting to get home and realize that the order is just totally wrong. This whataburger never gets my order right. It's gotten to the point where I've given up & just discard of the burger....

Came by at 1 am last night & the drive thru lady kept rushing me about my order. It was very rude.. when I approach the window it was a manager.. even more disappointing.. foods good
