Failure in order accuracy AGAIN. Doing the same thing again and again and expecting a different result makes me foolish.

Always get orders wrong, literally have gone 3 separate occasions in a month. Every order wrong and Nancy Mendoza makes you show proof of receipt for there fuck up.
