you ALWAYS have to check your food. get a cheeseburger n the cheese look like they just took it out of the refrigerator not melted which lets you know the burger is cold. I have to microwave...

Service was really bad Front cashier was either rude or having a bad day, she saw me trying to get ice for my drinks and really didnt have a care in the world so it was just best to not even ask...

Slow...consistently a 30-45 minute wait for the food. Half the time they get the orders wrong in the drive thru too. If there is a slower drive thru, I don't believe it.
