Their profit model seems to be leaving off items on your order and hoping you don't check until you get home, at which point it's not worth the bother.

Food is inconsistent. For the price attention to detail is questionable. Burgers are messy. Service is poor. A polite greeting would enhance the Customer experience. Ambiance is poor. Not exactly...

Best monterey melt. Best burger ever!!! They used to sell them and then quit. I just found out they sell them now ! For a limited time!
