I have visited the Bonham location several times. They started out great, good service, excellent food & courteous staff. But the last 2 or 3 times I've been there, things keep getting worse....

Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. My first visit to the NEWlY opened Location here in Bonham Texas. Should've Stayed Closed until the COOKS were FULLY trained..... I'm starving to death I picked up Lunch around 1pm while running...

Worst service. Ordered 1 taquto and 20 minutes later I got it. Mind you I was 3rd in line. I asked for two picante sauces and only received one. So had to go inside anyway to get that. Pass...

Worst customer service, I was in the drive through for more than 40 minutes and I eventually went in to get a refund because they for some reason could not get my food out to me when the cars...
