I didn't have any problems at this location. I ordered the Monterey Melt. The burger was delicious and had a good amount of cheese and peppers. I got a large order of fries with spicy ketchup....

Slowest service been Waiting a while till someone comes to help. Order on the app and they still took a long time. Even though app time frame said otherwise.

slowest service ever after 11pm. every time I come, i'm waiting in line for 15 minutes. by that time i've already lost my appetite and patience!

Sat in line for 10 minutes before I got past the intercom. The remodeled last year, but the service is still slower than it should be

50/50 if they get your order right, wasted lunch break picking up my order of a single burger, couldn't even make that right. When I went to get my money back they said nothing they could do...
