The food is always great, in my experience, at any Whataburger. But this Whataburger's service, off of Garth on the I10 feeder, is deplorable. The have both lanes open but fail to take the outside...

They have messed up my Oder the past few times I have gone they take a lot time for the food to come out and when they bring it it was really dry

Both of the meals ordered were cold, they had no flavor, and our drinks (coke zero) had no gas and was watered down. The fries were DRY Waited in line for over 30 minutes. Terrible meal
