What The Waffle was founded in January 2018 by Greg E. Jones (Founder/CEO) when he retired from the Navy after 10 years of service. Post retirement, he decided to pair his passion for food and desire to serve by starting a Unique Waffle in the Greater SA area. In 2018 we piloted serving our unique Waffles from a 1970's milk truck and thereafter in 2019 we purchased our first food truck
