Very clean. Pet friendly. Pool clean. BBQ grills and picnic site's available Quiet. Bathroom very spacious. Only improvement needed is sitting chair of some type.

Dump! A roach was seen within the first 30 seconds of entering the smoking room on the bottom floor. I'm disabled. I don't smoke. But the non-smoking rooms are up the stairs. No mention of an...
