West Bank String Shop has been serving Austin's orchestral community for over 26 years, offering a wide selection of string instruments, from violins to cellos, for musicians of all levels. With options ranging from beginner instruments to concert and conservatory grade, they provide a friendly and relaxed atmosphere for customers to try out and find their perfect instrument.
In addition to instrument sales, West Bank String Shop also offers instrument rentals for students of all ages, with a variety of violins, violas, and cellos available. They have flexible rental plans and a rental fee credit program that allows renters to apply a portion of their fees towards the purchase of an instrument. Unfortunately, double bass rentals are no longer available.
