West Henly Boil Shack is a unique Texas Hill Country restaurant and beer joint situated approximately 11 miles west of Dripping Springs, 3 miles west of Henly and 12 miles east of Johnson City. We specialize in authentic seasonal Louisiana-boiled Crawfish, Shrimp, Etouffee, Boudin, Sausage, Red Beans and Rice, Burgers and great sides. Boiled Crab and other specials will be featured in the very near future. We also serve locally-brewed beers on tap, traditional suds and wine.

The food was so terrible. Came here for crawfish and they were out. Tried the crab and shrimp. Crab was like inedible. So salty and soggy. Disappointed for sure.
