Rolling homeless shelter. Sleeping, mumbling schizophrenics shouting Radiates being unsafe. Lack of security, or staff who would be overwhelmed trying to be the guard at a grocery store. Broken...

Good location, but so much drama. Ignore it if possible, and keep DART police phone number handy: 214.928.6300. I often use Akard Station even though West End is closer to my office. Also beware...
