Wellspring is located in Round Top, Texas, an 1830's German settlement. The town features wonderful dining, shopping, the Festival Hill Music Institute, and is the center of the semi-annual Antique Fair. Located within the Round Top city limits, Wellspring is distinctive for its tranquil setting. The Main House, Art Barn Loft, and 1854 Railroad Depot are clustered among lovely gardens, a walking path and pond. Its a beautiful setting for weekend getaway, craft retreats, staff planning, weddings and reunions. The Art Barn Studio is equipped for everything from business planning to scrap-booking. We love to accommodate special requests.

Love this place! And so does our little girl. :) We have stayed in 2 different rooms (houses) and each one is different but equally cozy. The owners are superb and the breakfast is amazing....
