My mom uses this bank because it was close to where she lives. BUT, it is a terrible bank. Staffing is never adequate, service is slow and rules and regulations are more than at other local banks....

This must be the branch where they keep the morons. A simple withdrawal took over 15 minutes because the tellers just kept chatting and joking with each other. Meanwhile i watch 2 other cars pull...
