I feel so bad for the teller. Often times there's only one person I'm not quite sure why they have bankers more than tellers. Bankers are more customer service so I get the need but to have one...

Overall a decent bank. But sparse on tellers, and gave me an innacurate receipt once. So id say middle of the road as far as wells chapters go.

Lobby hours are not convenient for people that work 8 to 5. They close at 4pm which makes it hard for people that get off after 5. They do not open on Saturdays either.
