Wedgewood Nursing Home

The most disgusting nursing facility in Fort Worth. Flies are in and out of patient rooms. Lingering around people still wearing hours soiled clothing. The halls smell of strong urine and feces....

My brother has been in his new nursing home here in Denton for 8 months. He has gained 40 lbs in that time. Does this tell you more about the lack of care at Wedgewood?

This place is not fit for even the deceased. Fighting to get my dad out of this disgusting place. Not even worth calling it a nursing or care facility. Words do not describe how bad this place is....

This place is horrible. The nurses don't know which way is left or right, and being "short staffed" is no reason to be lazy and inattentive. The call buttons don't work, that or the nurses don't...

I went to visit the nursing home and visit the patients. My mom used to be a resident there at Wedgewood 2 years ago..i occasionally visit the patients that remember me...I passed out candy canes...
