"Of course, my determination, drive, and work ethic were key components. But I could not have accomplished it without the mentorship that I had in Mike Laramie and Steve Greer. The thing I'm most proud of, however," adds Jay, "is the mentorship and guidance I've been able to impart into the lives of so many." What's Jay's advice to those considering joining the AIL family? "Go hard or go home," he says emphatically. "If you are driven and committed, this is for you! If you would rather just get by, then walk on by." If he could restart his AIL career, Jay would have focused more on building and training. "It's the Major Key," he says. "If you are tired of the norm, looking for an excellent opportunity to change, not only your life, but the lives around you as well, this is the place for you." Jay is a big sports fan. "Other than reading, or a family vacation, a good game is all that I need. I love sports; my only downtime is to catch a good game," he adds. Jay is also committed to his church and hopes to open a community center for underprivileged kids.
