Not pleased at all most Walgreens are under staffed and the staff there are not friendly I find this in Kyle Katy Walgreens. I try to avoid them.

Wait time in drive through needs improvement. Two evenings in a row, line didn't move for 20-25 minutes. Highly frustrating for people coming after work hours.

The store is usually clean and well stocked, employees are friendly. The pharmacy staff are wonderful and very helpful. My favorite Walgreens so far!
