Dr. Bing S. Tsay is experienced in orthopaedic medicine including arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery and sports-related injuries. His pursuit of excellence in education, training and patient care have led him to studies at Stanford University, Baylor College of Medicine and the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California. Dr. Tsay has served as a General Medical Officer in the Third Marine Air Wing in El Toro, California. Dr. Tsay is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and has been with our team here at All-Star Orthopaedics since 2001 at the Irving, Southlake, and Fort Worth locations. He’s been recognized as a Top Doc in the Dallas-Fort Worth area several times.

Dr. Kevin M. Honig fellowship trained in sports medicine, is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has been practicing since 2007. Joining All-Star Orthopaedics from Colorado, Dr. Honig serves as the Team Physician for the Coppell High School football team, has helped care for the University of Denver hockey team, as well as the University of Colorado football team. He has attended some of the most respected medical institutions in the U.S., authored a surgical technique article as well as a book chapter on shoulder injuries and has presented his research at meetings and symposiums around the country. He sees patients at All-Star's Flower Mound, Irving, Southlake, and Fort Worth locations.

Dr. Brian Straus is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at All-Star Orthopaedics' Flower Mound, Irving, Southlake, and Fort Worth locations. He completed his Foot & Ankle/Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Foundation for Orthopaedic, Athletic, and Reconstructive Research. Dr. Straus continues to pursue the latest advancements in orthopaedic technology, including ankle replacement and ligament reconstruction. He was the lead designer on the Omni™ Stable AF Ankle Repair System by Extremity® Medical, which offers better customization and results for routine and complex ankle fracture repair. Dr. Straus has been involved in the care of professional athletes with the Houston Rockets and Dallas Mavericks.
