Do not live here. Apartment management is rude. The apartments are undersized and overpriced, and the train tracks will keep you up all night. You are not allowed to have guests: they will tow...

I've lived here for awhile because my child lives in the district and when he graduates we are out of here. The rent is relatively affordable but this place is old. The maintenance guy works hard...

Terrible. Noisy, bad management, maintenance takes forever--don't live here. They love towing cars and the place to get your car is in Denton. Awful experience. Overpriced. Don't do it.
