Service still friendly but unfortunately tables dirty, no knives or spoons out, homeless sleeping on outside table and for some reason everyone thinks it's okay to allow pet where food is served.

The place is very cute, we arrived on a rainy day so the option to sit outside was not doable. This is a small cafe so a party for 2 is ideal when limited interior seating is a table for 2 only....
